About Us

Hunbun studio sets out to bring highly decorated and functional ceramic art into everyone's home. We are a husband and wife team that both graduated with BFA's from the University of North Texas. Our forms are either hand-built or wheel-thrown, with minimal tool usage, we try to rely only on our hands. Nature and the Art Deco period are two motifs that we draw influence from and can be seen throughout our work. By colliding with visual and physical textures, our goal is to bring a more tactile experience for the consumer.
